A few years back there was a birthday party that took place right around this same time of year. A Happy Birthday to all of you Scorpios all around the World.
You know when you’re working or going to school full-time, whatever comprises your busy days, it takes time to reflect and show love for some of the details that truly make a special event. For this party a talented airbrush artist painted this 6’x3’ canvas banner and custom t-shirts in honor of three birthdays @ a well thought out and memorable party celebrated together with a bunch of good people.
Thank you and a special shout out to Mr M. Thompson, aka Skillz.
Nowadays the art of airbrush has become much more conventional than ever before in history. From local grassroots artists to mainstream media attention the popularity of these highly detailed custom paint jobs are seen almost anywhere you look…vehicles, murals, clothing and design, you name it, airbrush culture is in demand.

A plaque in the hallway of The Ponderosa assisted living apartments reads:
We do not remember
days…
We remember
moments…
By sharing his creativity and talent, airbrush artist Skillz helped create special moments for his friends.
Each moment of birth is the beginning of a journey and every birthday is a milestone on the path.

Thank you. That was a great moment. I got to witness my good friend on his 30th birthday and today I get to celebrate mine. I love your quote also.
We do not remember
days…
We remember
moments…

There is nothing more special to receive on your birthday than something someone has put a lot of time and effort into. We don’t always remember the material things people buy us but when people take the time and effort to express their thanks to you for being their friend, it lasts a life time. Your pic of Skillz airbrushed poster is a perfect example of this. It just proves its not about the money people spend but the ways they show you they love and appreciate you.
Happy birthday to all the fellow Scorpios! I know i had a great one and was spoiled by my friends, i just hope all of you are as fortunate as me.
Happy birthday Sean
xoxo

My real recollection of airbrushing was that it became all the rage in the very early 90’s. Stores popped up in malls offering to airbrush your design, or an adjustment of a stock design for about $15. When you were going to do some sort of group activity in High School that was the thing—everyone get a themed, airbrushed T-shirt. God were we ever cool.
